To locate the Special Grant Conditions (SGCs) and Subgrant Special Conditions (SCs), users should select their Grantee Profile in the left-hand sidebar, followed by selecting the Oversight tab.

Oversight Tab
Once in the Oversight tab, users will find multiple sections that relate to the oversight processes.
This section of the GrantEase User Manual will review the following sections:
- Special Grant Conditions (SGCs)
- Subgrant Special Conditions (SCs)

If users hover over the blue i (information) icon, they will see additional guidance for that section.

Additionally, users can quickly sort SGCs and SCs by choosing the sorting arrows and selecting the status they would like to see.
There are three possible statuses:
- All – All SGCs that have ever been recommended to their grantee organization.
- Active – SGCs that are currently open. In other words, Active SGCs are those that haven’t been closed yet and still require additional reporting.
- Closed – SGCs that have been closed and do not require additional reports.

Special Grant Conditions and Subgrant Special Conditions Tables
Both the SGC and SC sections include a table with the following information:
- SGC # or SC #: the number LSC generates
- Number: the system generated EGMS ID number
- SGC or SC Type: LSC-assigned SGC or SC category
- LSC Office: OPP or OCE (the LSC office with which the SGC is associated)
- Assignment: This can be the OPP Program Counsel, OCE Program Counsel, or OCE Fiscal Compliance Analyst.
- SGC or SC: The SGC or SC text which explains the nature of requirement and the respective reporting deadlines. Please be sure to read the entire SGC or SC text.
- Status of the SGC or SC: Closed or Active
- Closed Date: The system will auto-populate the date that the SGC or SC was closed.

To view the SGC or SC record, select the green eyeball icon next to the respective SGC or SC.
