Locating the Technology Form
Unless the users’ organization has a Native American or Agricultural Service Area, the Technology Form will be the final required form. To begin the technology form, choose the Technology form from the drop-down menu or navigate to the All Forms section on the Basic Field Grant Application Attachments tab and select the blue pencil icon.

This brief form asks questions related to the organization’s technology and requires that answers be provided to explain IT, Technology Committees, Technology Budget, Needs, and Relevant Technology Staff.

Information Table Responses
In the chart after question number one, users should enter in all staff members who work on technology issues as well as the hours dedicated per week. To do so, select the New button to add information and the Save button to conclude additions to this table.

Once users save the form, they should select the Validate Form button on the top right-hand side of the screen. This is a feature in GrantEase that will allow users to see which questions have been skipped or are incomplete. Users will either be prompted to rectify any errors that appear, or they will receive confirmation that the form is validated.

After validating the Technology form, users should select the Back button to return to the main Attachments tab.
