Legal Services of Eastern Missouri: Neighborhood Advocacy Program
Grantees will learn how Legal Services of Eastern Missouri (LSEM):
1. Recruited and formalized partnerships between St. Louis-area law firms and place-based community organizations;
2. Reduce neighborhood property vacancy by organizing private investments; and
3. Preserved homeownership through title clearance and estate planning.
Learn about how LSEM used the Pro Bono Innovation Fund to expand a neighborhood-based pro bono project to prevent property abandonment and promote the redevelopment of long-abandoned properties.
