The Spring Forum on Increasing Access to Justice - and Access to Technology - will take place on Monday, March 7, 2022, from 3:00 to 5:00 p.m. ET.

We will hear special remarks from distinguished national leaders, including Assistant to the President and White House Counsel Dana A. Remus; the Honorable Xochitl Torres Small, Under Secretary for Rural Development, U.S. Department of Agriculture; the Honorable Angus King , U.S. Senator for Maine; the Honorable Ro Khanna, U.S. Representative for California’s 17th Congressional District; and Lisa Hone, Senior Advisor for Broadband and Technology Policy, National Economic Council, The White House. They will address the impact of the digital divide and highlight legislation and other efforts to shrink it and the justice gap.
Following the remarks, LSC’s President, Ron Flagg, will moderate a conversation on court tech innovations and inclusive legal service delivery, featuring:
- The Honorable Jennifer D. Bailey, Administrative Judge, Circuit Civil Division, 11th Judicial Circuit for Florida;
- Shelby King Gaddy, Executive Director, Legal Services of the Virgin Islands, Inc.;
- Leslie N. Powell-Boudreaux, Executive Director, Legal Services of North Florida; and
- Dori Rapaport, Executive Director, Legal Aid Service of Northeastern Minnesota.
